Syncing sound with motion and light.

To celebrate FUTURELIGHT, The North Face’s newest apparel technology, Parallel teamed up with dotdotdash to create a unique product launch experience.   A massive robotic a/v sculpture, was brought to life with an immersive soundtrack, propelling and elevating a ten minute abstract narrative .  Combining sounds of water, weather, and nature with arpeggiating synths and cinematic sound fx, the audio design was carefully synchronized in time with robotic movement, fog, projection, and light.  The result was a technical multimedia spectacle where sound, image, and movement combined into a seamless totalizing experience.
